“My Robot Boyfriend” A Sexy Short Story (Featuring Sex Robots)

The following is  another sexy short story featuring a sex robot. I came up with this one shortly after completing “My First Sex Robot,” which got such a great response. This story has some different themes, but I think those themes are both relevant and sexy.

Again, if you want to see more stories about sex robots, please let me know. Post your feedback in the comments section. If you have suggestions or ideas you’d like to share, please let me know. I’d be happy to flesh them out with you. Hopefully, this one inspires some new ideas, among other things. Enjoy!

“You’re a sweet, talented, hard-working young woman, Kelia. You’ve got a bright future ahead of you. Don’t let anyone derail it.”

Those were the serious, yet sincere words of Kelia Aden’s mother. She’d first heard them in junior high. It came shortly after she brought home her another straight-A report card and a letter from her guidance counselor saying that she was gifted. More than one teacher had told her that she had a great chance of getting into an Ivy League university if she maintained her current path.

It was a challenge, but Kelia always rose to the occasion. Even as she progressed into high school, getting top grades and high test scores, her mother kept belaboring that fateful message. At first, she thought she was just being an obsessive parent. Then, she suspected there might have been other motivations. That became obvious whenever cousins, aunts, uncles, and family friends saw her.

“Kelia is growing into quite the babe,” they would often say. “Pretty soon, she’ll be beating the boys back with a stick.”

Kelia often took that as a compliment. Even her two older sisters, Rachel and Sarina, had told her that more than a few boys had asked about her. Her standard response was to just smile and tell them she didn’t have time for relationships. She was too focused on school, extracurricular activities, and charting her future.

Her mother, however, treated it as a more serious issue. She even cringed at times whenever someone pointed out how attractive her youngest daughter had become. Kelia understood her concerns to some extent. She had promising future. Any caring parent would be concerned about protecting their child’s future. Even if she was overbearing at times, Kelia never doubted that her mother’s heart was in the right place.

At the moment, however, Kelia questioned the extent of her mother’s concerns. Whether out of love, concern, or something else entirely, her mother’s efforts to safeguard her future just manifested in an extreme way.

“Good evening, Kelia Aden. My name is John Bliss. I am your new robot boyfriend. Your mother, Carla, has instructed me to greet you.”

Kelia stood frozen in place. She’d just entered her bedroom, having returned from a college tutoring session at the local library. It was late on a Thursday night and her mother was working late, which wasn’t unusual. That made seeing a tall, handsome, half-naked man standing next to her bed very jarring.

She was in such a state of shock that she lingered in the doorway for a good two minutes, blinking several times to make sure she wasn’t seeing things. Near as she could tell, it was real. There was a man standing in her bedroom and that man claimed to be a robot.

“Is everything okay?” asked robot who’d identified himself as John Bliss. “Are you in a state of distress?”

“No, I uh…just need a minute here,” Kelia said. “Did I hear that right? You’re a robot boyfriend?”

“Yes, I can confirm those words,” John replied in a robotic, yet human-sounding voice, “although I am also classified as a sex robot, a lover bot, and a robot companion. Robot boyfriend is simply the designation your mother chose.”

“I want to say that’s crazy, but I can totally see my mother doing that.”

It began sinking in. Her mother bought her a sex robot. Apparently, she’d put a great deal of thought into it. As Kelia processed the situation, she entered her bedroom and closed the door behind her. She also made sure it was locked on the off chance that this was even crazier than it looked.

As she approached John Bliss, she took note of his appearance. If he really was a sex robot, then he was the most advanced she’d ever seen. His stature, build, and appearance were very realistic. His skin, eyes, lips, hair, and muscles looked so human. If he stood next to her on a street corner, she doubted anyone would surmise he was a robot.

Kelia knew robots existed. She even knew that sex robots were just starting to emerge. She’d seen stories about them in the news and online. The models she saw were mostly female and while some looked more human than others, none could pass for the real thing. John Bliss must have been the most advanced model.

Once Kelia got close enough, she reached out to touch his arms and chest. It felt just as real as it looked. While John Bliss didn’t react much to her touching, he did smile. It sparked her curiosity, but it also raised plenty of questions.

“What the hell have you done, Mom?” Kelia wondered out loud.

“Her intentions are good. That, I can also confirm,” John replied.

“I’m sure she programmed you to say that too,” she said while touching his chest and arms.

“I assure you she didn’t. That assessment is my own doing. As an advanced companion model with human-level AI, I am as capable of rendering complex judgements as I am forming emotional bonds with my user.”

“Those are impressive capabilities…so impressive, I didn’t know they were possible.”

“In the current market for robot companions, they aren’t,” said John. “I am a model that will not ship for another two years. However, your mother is a valued employee at TrueTech Robotics. She was made aware of my capabilities earlier this year. She made it a point to obtain me as part of the final test. She even participated in my configuration.”

“That, I don’t doubt.”

Kelia blushed somewhat. Even as John spoke, she kept exploring his upper body. Robot or not, it – or he, as his configurations so effectively conveyed – had all the necessary traits to make him quite attractive to a healthy teenage girl. He wasn’t overly handsome like a famous celebrity. He wasn’t some male model, either. He had the poise, muscle mass, and complexion of an athlete. He looked like he could’ve played for her school’s basketball team. By most beauty standards, he was an attractive young man.

It was like John had been crafted with her in mind. Knowing her mother, she’d gone over her favorite movies, music, and books to determine every masculine trait that she found appealing. It might have been an extreme act of parental scrutiny, but she couldn’t argue with results.

It also helped that he only wore a pair of white briefs. The rest of his body was completely exposed to her. His arms, chest, torso, and legs conveyed an aura of masculine strength and sex appeal. If the slight bulge in the briefs were any indication, those configurations extended to other aspects of male anatomy.

“The reasons for your mother’s go beyond companionship,” John continued. “She and my designers made me aware of your situation.”

“My…situation?” Kelia asked.

“You’re a sweet, talented, hard-working young woman, Kelia. You’ve got a bright future ahead of you. Your mother doesn’t want anything to derail it. I’m here to help with that.”

Kelia stopped touching the robot figure and looked him in the eye. Him saying those words – the same words her mother had told her, no less – further affirmed that her mother played an active part in this. The novelty of having a robot in the form of an attractive, half-naked man in her room became secondary. Even that idea paled in comparison to the motivations of her mother.

“You’re also very beautiful,” John said, reaching out and caressing her face with his hand. “Your mother made me aware of that too. Based on my subjective analysis, she did not do justice to your beauty.”

“Thanks…I think,” Kelia said, smiling awkwardly.

“I’m certain more than one boy has noticed your beauty. A few might have even asked you out on a date. As you make your way through high school and university, there is a high probability that you’ll receive more inquiries. Beautiful women have a tendency to attract significant intention from heterosexual men.”

“Yeah, I’ve noticed,” she said, recounting more than a few colorful conversations with interested men.

“And while you’ve managed to avoid such distractions, your mother acknowledges that you are a young, heterosexual woman with natural inclinations for male companionship. She even accepts that you occasionally have desires, including those of a sexual nature.”

That made her blush even more. Kelia’s mother was less subtle than most when it came to sexual issues. She’d taught her about sex years before their school got around to it. Some of that might have been because her older sisters weren’t well-informed during their teenage years, but that didn’t make it less awkward. She just hoped her mother hadn’t told John why she took extra-long showers on weekends.

“Of course, it involves sex,” Kelia muttered.

“It is a rather important component,” John continued. “Both your sisters had promise. One ended up pregnant in college, which forced her to drop out. The other found herself in several unhealthy relationships that derailed her once-promising career in marketing.”

“I assume she told you about my father, too,” she said dryly, “better known as the secretive pussy hound who focused too much on his mistresses and not enough on his law career.”

“Given the sensitive nature of that topic, I’ll skip over it. The choices of your sisters and father are in the past. They cannot be undone. You, however, have much more potential than they ever did. Your mother encouraged you to not let anything distract you from realizing that potential. I’m here to present a more tangible incentive.”

There was a distinct innuendo within his tone. It was the kind of lurid subtext she didn’t often hear outside a high school locker room. That innuendo became less subtle when John casually removed his underwear, revealing a set of male genitals that must have been designed with horny women in mind.

It was big, but not overly bit. It didn’t look like the kind of endowment that only existed in porn or novels. At the same time, it was perfectly shaped and proportioned to John’s stature. By any measure, it looked like a real penis. The healthy, heterosexual woman in Kelia couldn’t help but admire it. It effectively completed the perfect masculine figure standing before her.

“Whoa,” said Kelia, covering her mouth to temper her reaction.

“As you can see, my systems include a fully-functional,” John said, as though he was describing a new appliance. “The shape, length, girth, and texture was designed to offer maximum appeal to a female user. It has inner working similar to those of a standard male penis, but the engineers at TrueTech Robotic made it a point to optimize its function far beyond that.

“Yeah…I see,” she said. “I’m almost afraid to ask what you mean by optimized.”

“You don’t have to ask. I can easily show you.”

Before she could make another comment, his demeanor shifted and that perfectly crafted penis shifted with it. With speed and efficiency that defied male biology, he became fully erect. There was no touching or stimulation involved. It was like flipping a light switch. One second, it was completely flaccid. The next, it was completely hard.

Having been shocked and surprised in so many ways since entering her room, Kelia just smiled and shook her head in amazement. It wasn’t just sinking in. She was starting to accept it. She had a robot boyfriend and he’d come equipped with a working dick.

“Okay. I’m done being shocked. That’s impressive!” Kelia said.

“Thank you,” John said with a polite nod. “The optimizations go beyond basic male arousal. As I am not bound by the limits of male anatomy, my penis can remain fully erect indefinitely. It can provide sexual stimulation for as long as you desire. It even has a vibration function to further enhance intercourse. I can show you that too if you wish.”

“No. That’s okay,” Kelia said, putting her hand up to stop another demonstration. “I’ll take your word for it. You’re a robot boyfriend equipped for unlimited sex. I get the message.”

“Then, I suppose the only item left to address is for you, Kalia. As required by both my programming and TrueTech regulations, I require your affirmative consent prior to carrying out my role. Please note that denial will neither offend nor disappoint me. If you do not wish to have me as your robot boyfriend, I will simply deactivate and submit a retrieval order to TrueTech. I can be gone as early as tomorrow morning.”

“Deactivate? That sounds unpleasant,” she pointed out.

“It is no less strenuous than putting a computer into sleep mode. I am capable of forming intimate, emotional bonds with humans, but I am still a robot. My desires and my purpose are intertwined. Affirm my role and I will pursue it to the utmost. I will support you, aid you, and form a loving bond with you as you navigate your promising future. However, I can only do this if you grant me that honor.”

It was a strange, if not unprecedented, situation for Kelia. She faced a choice, as well as an opportunity. Moreover, she had to make a decision while standing in front of a naked man with a throbbing erection.

On many levels – too many, if she were being honest – she understood her mother’s reasoning for doing this. She’d seen her two oldest daughters miss out on promising futures because of their personal lives. Her estranged father was also testament to how passions and lust could undermine someone’s future. With John Bliss, Kelia might have the best possible alternative to utter solitude and total celibacy.

A robot boyfriend wasn’t going to derail her future.

A robot boyfriend wasn’t going to knock her up, cheat on her, or work against her.

A robot boyfriend would, for all intents and purposes, give her the best possible companionship, both emotionally and intimately.

The idea of having a loyal companion through the many challenges she faced had plenty of appeal. Essentially, she wouldn’t have to worry about her personal life. It was a luxury no promising teenage girl had ever enjoyed before. Her mother might have had other reasons. At some point, Kelia planned to have a long, awkward talk with her. For the moment, however, she had a choice to make.

She was silent for a good minute or so. Still standing close to John, she reached out and touched his chest. She also found herself glancing down at his penis, which remained erect. In his stature, she saw a robot encased in attractive male flesh. In his eyes, however, she saw something more. That made her decision clear.

“John Bliss,” she said to him, her voice taking on a serious undertone. “The promising future my mom wants for me…I want it too. I also don’t want to isolate myself just to get it. I’m only human. I have wants…needs…passions.”

“I understand that. I cannot do anything to help you until I have your verbal affirmation,” John said, his tone sounding uniquely emotional, especially for a robot.

“Then, yes. Consider this my overt, unambiguous affirmation,” Kelia said strongly. “I want you to be my robot boyfriend. I want you go help me realize those feelings. And, in the interest of sharing those feelings, I’d like to test your ability to help.”

Kelia surprised herself by how sensual her voice became. It reminded her that, as focused as she was on her studies, she still had the same desires as any healthy teenage girl. She now had an opportunity to sate those desires in ways other than taking long showers.

Seizing upon the opportunity, she stepped back from John and took off her clothes. She was somewhat nervous. She blushed again as she took off her shirt, removed her pants, and undid her bra. While she wasn’t overly shy when getting undressed, she’d never gotten undressed in front of a naked man, especially in her bedroom.

John Bliss, whether by programming or some deeper emotional connection, reacted as well as anyone could ask of a good boyfriend. He smiled upon seeing her naked form. She felt him scrutinize her feminine features, paying close attention to her breasts, hips, butt, and genitals. She couldn’t tell if he was admiring her or scanning her as part of some robot interface. Whatever his reasons, Kelia appreciated his reaction.

“I believe I can accommodate such a test,” John said as he took a step closer. “And I must say, Kelia…your body is even more beautiful than my data files described.”

“I’m sure that’s just my mother’s input talking,” Kelia said with a humored grin.

“At this point, my activation protocols are complete. From here on out, my words and conduct are a product of my conscious desires.”

“A robot with desires and a raging boner,” Kelia said, noting his still-erect penis that was already pressing against her. “I don’t know if that’s a first, but I admit I’m very curious right now.”

“Then, by all means, Kelia…feed your curiosity.”

It was official. Kelia had a robot boyfriend and he knew how to use sexual innuendo. If her growing arousal were any indication, he used it very well.

Following her curiosity, she drew John Bliss into an intimate embrace. She wrapped her arms around his neck while he wrapped his around her waist. Natural human flesh made contact with unnatural synthetic flesh. It still felt very good. As far as her escalating desires were concerned, she couldn’t tell the difference.

She started touching and pawing his masculine flesh. He did the same, feeling up her hips, butt, torso, and breasts. His hands were so soft and smooth. His skin was so warm and firm. John Bliss exuded an aura of refined masculinity. Even if he was a robot, made for the specific purpose of evoking such feelings in horny women, it still ignited her desires.

“John,” she said while gazing into his robotic eyes.

“Yes, Kelia?” he replied.

“Kiss me.”

He smiled warmly before complying with her request. With one hand on her waist, he cupped her chin and drew her into a soft kiss. Again, synthetic flesh met with human flesh. Unlike before, it didn’t just feel indistinguishable from another person. It felt better.

John was so affectionate and tender, savoring the taste of her lips before working in a little tongue. Kelia hadn’t kissed many boys before. The last one she kissed was at a middle school Sadie Hawkins dance and the boy she shared it with had been somewhat sloppy. John must have had a detailed program on how to properly kiss a woman because Kelia loved every second of it.

“You’re a good kisser,” she told him.

“If I am to be your robot boyfriend, I certainly should be,” John said, still smiling.

He kissed her again. This time, it escalated into full-blown foreplay.

As their tongues twirled, she hungrily traced her fingers around his manly sinews. He grew bolder with his touching, squeezing her butt and fondling her breasts. His erect penis kept pressing up against her as well. It helped intensify her arousal, but it heightened her curiosity even more.

“Let’s take this to the bed,” Kelia said after their lips parted.

“Of course,” said John Bliss. “Do you have any preferences for how you like to be sexually pleased?”

She laughed and blushed somewhat. He sounded more like a cross between a computer prompt and a mannerly boyfriend. It was an odd way to go about sexual intimacy, but very appropriate for a robot boyfriend.

“My sexual experience is…limited,” Kelia admitted. “You said you have in depth knowledge of female anatomy, didn’t you?”

“Indeed, I do,” John replied. “I also have data specific to your body and psychological profile. So, if necessary, I can surmise a means for optimal sexual satisfaction.”

“I’d love to know where you got that information, but I’m too horny to care right now.”

She latched onto her robot boyfriend’s arm, feeling more playful than she had in a long time. She led him to her bed where she pulled back the covers and guided him into another intimate embrace. Having such little sexual experience, she didn’t have much to go on. She had an idea for how she wanted to pursue quality, satisfying lovemaking. She just didn’t know how to go about it.

Traditionally, girls like her had to stumble around in the dark with boyfriends or hook-ups. For all Kelia knew, she was the first woman in history to have a robot boyfriend help maximize her emerging sex life.

“Here’s how I want to do this, John,” Kelia said, now sitting on the side of her bed. “I’m going to lie down on my back. Then, I want you to get in top of me, use whatever advanced systems you’ve got, and do what you determine works best. I trust your systems, as well as your judgement.”

“That’s quite a bit of trust to put in anyone, even if they are a robot,” John said to her.

“I know,” she admitted, “but if you’re going to be my robot boyfriend, then we’ll need that trust. Let’s start that now!”

Kelia drew John onto her bed. He eagerly followed, his eyes never diverting from hers. She saw an intensity in his gaze that seemed more than robotic. It further confirmed that he’d been programmed to form emotional bonds with his users. She could already see hints that he was forming one with her.

The depths of that bond remained in question. As she laid down on her bed, her naked body on full display to him, she awaited the next phase of this unprecedented journey. She’d just placed her trust in a robot programmed to be the perfect boyfriend. There was no telling where that could lead.

“I will honor and preserve your trust, Kelia,” John said.

“Is that a promise?” she asked with a seductive grin.

“It is more than that,” he said. “As a robot, it is my purpose. But an artificial intelligence with human emotions, it is my greatest desire.”

There was nothing robotic about his voice. Kelia could hear the sheer desire in his words. There was more desire in John’s voice than she’d heard in any man she’d ever known. That boded well for whatever determinations he’d made with his systems.

“And, in the interest of full transparency, I surmised the optimal means of pleasing you before you took your clothes off,” John added. “From here on out, you need only relax and enjoy my advanced capabilities.”

Before Kelia could respond to that, John Bliss laid down on top of her and kissed her again. It was more intense than before, evolving quickly into more extensive foreplay. It got her heart racing and set her loins ablaze. There was no turning back now. She was going to make love to her robot boyfriend.

It started with simple, intimate gestures. She continued exploring his masculine features while he did applied affectionate touching to hers. The weight of his body – which, oddly enough, didn’t feel as heavy as that of a normal man – pressed against hers. Naked skin meshed with synthetic skin. It helped establish part of that bond that he mentioned. It didn’t just make her horny. It made her want to share a passionate moment with this being.

“John…” she gasped.

Her blissful reaction prompted him to step up his process. As her breathing intensified, John directed his hungrily lips down her naked body. He was gentle, yet direct, tasting her naked skin and making his way down her torso. He stopped only briefly to give her nipples some added stimulation, which sent shivers of delight coursing through her body.

Kelia didn’t know she liked having her nipples teased. That must have been something John surmised before her. The fact that a robot boyfriend knew what she liked before she did said more about her than it did about the robot.

As Kelia took in those sensations, the anticipation kept building. By the time his lips reached her inner thighs, she was already gripping her bed sheets. She eagerly spread her legs and hitched them around John’s shoulders. Her body ached for more stimulation. She been horny before, but never like this.

“I’m going to give you oral sex, Kelia,” John told her, his eyes still locked on her.

“Is this where all that data on female anatomy comes into play?” she asked with a playful grin.

“Only to a point,” he said. “Data is only part of what makes my system work. What I do with it and why…that’s where I affirm my purpose.”

John Bliss went to work proving the worth that system. Like a perfectly honed machine – an accurate, if not too literal description – he proceeded to orally please her. As soon as his lips and tongue made contact with her outer and inner folds, Kelia’s own systems went into overdrive.

“Ooh John!” she squealed joyously.

The initial surge of sensations made her entire body shudder. She squeezed the bedsheets and spread her legs wider, closing her eyes and soaking in the feeling. John hit every nerve in and around her womanhood with perfect precision, including a few she didn’t know existed.

He skillfully used his fingers to tease, stimulate, and caress her folds. He used his tongue to probe her depths, hitting those deep, intimate areas that sent ripples of bliss coursing through her body. Kelia had heard stories from her older sisters about how little men knew about a woman’s anatomy. That was not an issue with John Bliss. Already, he’d done plenty to prove that he was more than just a man and not just because he was a robot.

“Your pussy tastes very good,” John said while lightly fingering her depths. “My taste sensors are quite active.”

“Active…right,” Kelia laughed, figuring that was a robot’s way of giving a compliment.

“I also sense that you are very much aroused,” John said. “Would you like me to continue until you climax? Or would you like to climax through intercourse?”

He presented her with two objectively good options. It wasn’t a matter of if she would achieve orgasm. It was only a matter of how. Were he just another man, she would’ve called that bravado. For a robot boyfriend, Kelia saw it as a given.

“I’d…like to feel you inside me,” she told him through her breathless pants.

“As you wish, my darling,” he said. “I was make love to you until you are satisfied.”

“Spoken like the perfect boyfriend,” she said with a beaming smile.

“Don’t you mean robot boyfriend?”

“No. I don’t.”

He smiled at her. Again, that emotional component of John’s system was working. She could sense it in his gaze. He wasn’t just fulfilling a function. There was desire and affection in his demeanor. Now, he was poised to channel all of it into a single act.

Having given her all the oral teasing a young woman could want, he got back on top of her. She kept her legs nice and spread. There was no fumbling or nervousness on his part. Being a robot, as well as a boyfriend, he already knew what to do. He grabbed hold of her thighs, positioned himself over her, and aligned his still-rigid penis with her wet entrance. She grabbed onto his shoulders while gazing passionately into his eyes, making her own passions clear to him. Whether robotic or human, those passions resonated.

“Kelia…my love,” he said.

With those fateful words, John Bliss thrust his hips forward and entered her. What followed next defied everything Kelia thought she knew about a teenage girl’s sexual experience.

The union of their flesh was seamless. As soon as he was fully inside her, Kelia felt her inner folds tighten around his penis, as if to mold the perfect fit. When he started moving his hips, creating that balanced sexual rhythm, it was so intimate and smooth. With every motion, more intimate stimulation followed. The pace soon intensified. Before long, they achieved a perfect pace of passionate lovemaking.

“Yes! Yes! Ohhh yes!” Kelia cried out.

It felt incredible. There was little of the discomfort that her older sisters had warned her about when they described their first sexual experiences. They’d told her that it was normal for teenagers to fumble around a bit with sex. Sometimes, the man blew his load too quickly. Sometimes, the woman just wasn’t in the right mindset to enjoy it. Just getting on the same page was a challenge.

That was not the case with her and John Bliss.

Both his robot systems and his intimate desires culminated in this act. The way he looked at her, having both desire and passion in his eyes, obscured the line between man and machine. He wasn’t just tasked with satisfying her. He wanted to satisfy her. When she neared the cusp of orgasm, his expression only intensified.

“John! Ooh John! I…I’m coming!” she cried out.

He sensed it even before she loudly shouted it into his ear. He steadied his hips, held her closely, and made the final few movements to send her over the edge. When it came, she wrapped her arms around his neck, closed her eyes, and let out a cry of delight.

It was the best orgasm she’d ever experienced. There was no close second. Feeling a strong, handsome man in her intimate grasp, knowing his every act had been driven by real desire, made it special. As her lower body contorted to the onslaught of ecstasy, she cast her robot boyfriend a beaming smile and kissed him. Seeing her return his passions and hearing her moan from the pleasure triggered a reaction in him, as well.

“Kelia…my lover,” he said distantly. “Your touch…your passion…your pleasure…I feel it too.”

“Yes, John…feel it with me,” Kelia said breathlessly. “Please…give me more. I want more!”

The side-effects of a great orgasm had set in. As much as Kelia enjoyed it, she wasn’t satisfied. She craved more and John Bliss did not hesitate to continue. Their flesh still entwined, he resumed their sexual rhythm. New waves of intimate bliss followed.

As he rocked her body with their sex, he kissed her. That left no room for ambiguity. He felt the same sensations. His synthetic skin, his artificial intelligence, and his robot system allowed him to share in the feeling. That gave him even more motivation to satisfy her. Once again, Kelia couldn’t deny the results.

Their lovemaking unfolded like an impossible fantasy made real. John never lost focus for an instant. He continued working his body against hers, his masculine flesh slithering smoothly within her womanly depths. More ecstasy followed, but even as the feeling intensified, Kelia dared to be a little playful.

They rolled around on the bed, laughing and exchanging affectionate gestures. They made love in various positions. She let John Bliss make the most of his data, guiding her through various bodily alignments that tested both her flexibility and her stamina. She quickly learned that she loved being spooned from behind. She also enjoyed pinching her nipples during extra-hot moments.

Her intimate exploration with John led to more orgasms. Every time she came, he reacted in a way that made her suspect he achieved some kind of orgasm as well. It might have been unique to a robot. She didn’t know if it was as intense, but it certainly kept him going. Unburdened by traditional bodily limits, he could go for as long as she needed.

“Kelia…my darling…my purpose…my love,” he said throughout their lovemaking.

“John Bliss…my robot lover,” she replied.

Those passionate words echoed alongside a steady succession of moans and grunts. Kelia lost track of how many times she climaxed. However many it was, John made sure they all felt incredible.

While he probably could’ve made love indefinitely, Kelia was still human. She remembered that all too well once her limits caught up with her. After what ended up being her final orgasm, she let out a deep, content gasp and collapsed onto her bed in exhaustion. John must have sensed it because he withdrew his flesh from her and laid down next to her.

“Kelia…are you satisfied?” he asked her, still embracing her in his arms. “I cannot finalize my status as your robot lover until you confirm your satisfaction.”

“Mmm…” was all Kelia got out at first.

“What was that, my darling? Please, tell me whether or not you’re satisfied.”

“It’s okay, John. I’m satisfied…very, very satisfied!”

He smiled joyously, as though he’d just achieved his greatest life goal. For a robot boyfriend, it probably wasn’t too far from the truth. She smiled back, curling up next to him under the covers and enjoying the shared warmth of their naked bodies.

As the afterglow set in, the bigger picture became clear. She’d just made love to a robot boyfriend and it felt amazing. She now had a lover who was fully committed to satisfying both her intimate and sexual needs. In his loving gaze and warm embrace, she felt a connection that went beyond human.

“Hey John,” she said while resting her forehead against his.

“Yes, my love?” he replied.

“Robot or not…I’m glad you’re my boyfriend.”

“As am I, Kelia. I look forward to satisfying you.”

“So am I!”

Daily Sexy Musing: Rock Star Sex Appeal

jim-morrison-paris-zigzag-e1509110421575

There are certain types of sex appeal that are difficult to understand. You see people swoon over a particular celebrity, a fashion trend, or accent and it’s just confounding. I’ve met women who think Liam Neeson’s accent is the sexiest voice of all time. I don’t get it. However, when I see a rock star attract women by the dozens, I totally understand.

Rock stars are sexy. That’s just a fact. What they do, how they do it, and how they carry themselves just checks so many boxes with respect to sex appeal. Their music gets people moving in a sexy way. Their voice entices people with sexy, poetic tone. Their movements on a stage, sweating and yelling with a passion, just resonates with the loins of anyone there to see it.

Stories about rock stars exploiting their sex appeal is nothing new. Some of those stories have become modern day legends. Again, I totally understand. They’re rich, they’re talented, and they’re almost expected to be decadent party animals. People are going to want to be around them, especially members of the opposite sex. It might as well be a law of physics.

While the sex appeal of rock stars is beyond dispute, I think there are deeper sensual forces at work here. It’s not just about music, parties, or having a good time. Rock stars have this aura about them that defies description almost as much as it soaks panties. They have a persona and a presence that helps them do what they do. I believe that this factors heavily in their sex appeal.

Most of us will never be rock stars, but that doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate the power of their appeal. With this Daily Sexy Musing, I seek to celebrate this uncanny spectacle that makes so many dance, swoon, and cheer. Enjoy!

Their voice is loud.

Their movements are intense.

Their words are poetic.

Their rhythm is infectious.

We all take it in. The lights, the cheers, and spectacle of it all creates an experience like no other. It’s one we can share in large crowds. From a dingy club to a huge stadium, the show takes many forms in multiple scales. It all centers around them. They captivate us, drawing us under their influence and power.

They are rock stars.

They are rock gods.

Like any deity, they command worship and praise. We give it willingly. There’s no need for prayer or sacrifice. They offer it to us like a gift. Their talent, drive, and energy ignites the experience. It also ignites something intimate inside us.

We feel it in our hearts, but it quickly spreads to our loins. With rhythm and movement comes heat and arousal. Like a beacon or a siren, it summons us from afar and we willingly follow. Just hearing the music fills us with desire. Getting closer to the source is like getting close to the sun. The heat is almost too much.

Even so, we brave it.

To be near a star is to risk more heat.

To be with that star is to share in the flame.

We are willing captives, drawn to rhythmic musings of melody and song. Rock stars are the spark, but we are the fuel that eagerly spreads the flame. Fantasy and reality may often blur, but the persona and the music are real. In both our passions and our loins, we make share in its power.

Killer Robots, Drone Warfare, And How Artificial Intelligence Might Impact Both

920x515_charlene

On November 5, 2001, the history of warfare changed forever. On that date, an unmanned Predator drone armed with hellfire missiles killed Mohammed Atef, a known Al-Qaida military chief and the son-in-law to Osama Bin Laden. From a purely strategic standpoint, this was significant in that it proved the utility of a new kind of weapon system. In terms of the bigger picture, it marked the start of a new kind of warfare.

If the whole of human history has taught us anything, it’s that the course of that history changes when societies find new and devastating ways to wage war. In ancient times, to wage war, you needed to invest time and resources to train skilled warriors. That limited the scope and scale of war, although some did make the most of it.

Then, firearms came along and suddenly, you didn’t need a special warrior class. You just needed to give someone a gun, teach them how to use it, and organize them so that they could shoot in a unit. That raised both the killing power and the devastating scale of war. The rise of aircraft and bombers only compounded that.

In the 20th century, warfare became so advanced and so destructive that the large-scale wars of the past just aren’t feasible anymore. With the advent of nuclear weapons, the potential dangers of such a war are so great that no spoils are worth it anymore. In the past, I’ve even noted that the devastating power of nuclear weapons have had a positive impact on the world, albeit for distressing reasons.

Now, drone warfare has added a new complication. Today, drone strikes are such a common tactic that it barely makes the news. The only time they are noteworthy is when one of those strikes incurs heavy civilian casualties. It has also sparked serious legal questions when the targets of these strikes are American citizens. While these events are both tragic and distressing, there’s no going back.

Like gunpowder before it, the genie is out of the bottle. Warfare has evolved and will never be the same. If anything, the rise of combat drones will only accelerate the pace of change with respect to warfare. Like any weapon before it, some of that change will be negative, as civilian casualties often prove. However, there also potential benefits that could change more than just warfare.

Those benefits aren’t limited to keeping keep soldiers out of combat zones. From a cost standpoint, drones are significantly cheaper. A single manned F-22 Raptor costs approximately $150 million while a single combat drone costs about $16 million. That makes drones 15 times cheaper and you don’t need to be a combat ace to fly one.

However, those are just logistical benefits. It’s the potential that drones have in conjunction with advanced artificial intelligence that could make them every bit as influential as nuclear weapons. Make no mistake. There’s plenty of danger in that potential. There always is with advanced AI. I’ve even talked about some of those risks. Anyone who has seen a single “Terminator” movie understands those risks.

When it comes to warfare, though, risk tolerance tends to be more complicated than anything you see in the movies. The risks of AI and combat drones have already sparked concerns about killer robots in the military. As real as those risks are, there’s another side to that coin that rarely gets discussed.

Think back to any story involving a drone strike that killed civilians. There are plenty of incidents to reference. Those drones didn’t act on orders from Skynet. They were ordered by human military personnel, attempting to make tactical decision on whatever intelligence they had available at the time. The drones may have done the killing, but a human being gave the order.

To the credit of these highly trained men and women in the military, they’re still flawed humans at the end of the day. No matter how ethically they conduct themselves, they’re ability to assess, process, and judge a situation is limited. When those judgments have lives on the line, both the stakes and the burdens are immense.

Once more advanced artificial intelligence enters the picture, the dynamics for drone warfare changes considerably. This isn’t pure speculation. The United States Military has gone on record saying they’re looking for ways to integrate advanced AI into combat drones. While they stopped short of confirming they’re working on their own version of Skynet, the effort to merge AI and combat drones is underway.

In an overly-simplistic way, they basically confirmed they’re working on killer robots. They may not look like the Terminator or Ultron, but their function is similar. They’re programmed with a task and that task may or may not involve killing an enemy combatant. At some point, a combat drone is going to kill another human being purely based on AI.

That assumes it hasn’t already happened. It’s no secret that the United States Military maintains shadowy weapons programs that are often decades ahead of their time. Even if it hasn’t happened yet, it’s only a matter of time. Once an autonomous drone kills another human being, we’ll have officially entered another new era of warfare.

In this era, there are no human pilots directing combat drones from afar. There’s no human being pulling the trigger whenever a drone launches its lethal payload into a combat situation. The drones act on their own accord. They assess all the intel they have on hand, process it at speeds far beyond that of any human, and render decisions in an instant.

It sounds scary and it certainly is. Plenty of popular media, as well as respected public figures, paint a terrifying picture of killer robots killing without remorse or concern. However, those worst-case-scenarios overlook both the strategic and practical aspect of this technology.

In theory, a combat drone with sufficiently advanced artificial intelligence will be more effective than any human pilot could ever be in a military aircraft. It could fly better, carrying out maneuvers that would strain or outright kill even the most durable pilots. It could react better under stressful circumstances. It could even render better judgments that save more lives.

Imagine, for a moment, a combat drone with systems and abilities so refined that no human pilot or officer could hope to match it. This drone could fly into a war zone, analyze a situation, zero in on a target, and attack with such precision that there’s little to no collateral damage.

If it wanted to take a single person out, it could simply fire a high-powered laser that hits them right in the brain stem.

If it wants to take out someone hiding in a bunker, it could utilize a smart bullet or a rail gun that penetrates every level of shielding and impacts only a limited area.

If it wants to take out something bigger, it could coordinate with other drones to hit with traditional missiles in such a way that it had no hope of defending itself.

Granted, drones this advanced probably won’t be available on the outset. Every bit of new technology goes through a learning curve. Just look at the first firearms and combat planes for proof of that. It takes time, refinement, and incentive to make a weapons system work. Even before it’s perfected, it’ll still have an impact.

At the moment, the incentives are definitely there. Today, the general public has a very low tolerance for casualties on both sides of a conflict. The total casualties of the second Iraq War currently sit at 4,809 coalition forces and 150,000 Iraqis. While that’s only a fraction of the casualties suffered in the Vietnam War, most people still deem those losses unacceptable.

It’s no longer feasible, strategically or ethically, to just blow up an enemy and lay waste to the land around them. Neither politics nor logistics will allow it. In an era where terrorism and renegade militias pose the greatest threat, intelligence and precision matter. Human brains and muscle just won’t cut it in that environment. Combat drones, if properly refined, can do the job.

Please note that’s a big and critical if. Like nuclear weapons, this a technology that nobody in any country can afford to misuse. In the event that a combat drone AI develops into something akin to Skynet or Ultron, then the amount of death and destruction it could bring is incalculable. These systems are already designed to kill. Advanced AI will just make them better at killing than any human will ever be.

It’s a worst-case scenario, but one we’ve managed to avoid with nuclear weapons. With advanced combat drones, the benefits might be even greater than no large-scale wars on the level of Word War II. In a world where advanced combat drones keep terrorists and militias from ever becoming too big a threat, the potential benefits could be unprecedented.

Human beings have been waging bloody, brutal wars for their entire history. Nuclear weapons may have made the cost of large wars too high, but combat drones powered by AI may finally make it obsolete.

Jack Fisher’s Weekly Quick Pick Comic: Captain Marvel #10

Captain Marvel (2019-) #10

Every so often, a new character comes along that you just know in your gut is going to be a big deal. I certainly felt it the first time I read about Kamala “Ms. Marvel” Khan back in 2014. I also felt it the first time I saw X-23 show up in a fateful episode of “X-Men Evolution.” It may be a bit premature on my part, but I definitely got that feeling about Ripley “Star” Ryan “Captain Marvel #10.”

For the past few issues of this series, writer Kelly Thompson has been teasing a new hero to challenge Carol Danvers in ways beyond who looks better in skin-tight outfits. Like Carol, she’s got blond hair, superpowers, and a fondness for punching the giant monsters that seem to invade New York City at least once a week. Marvel has even teased her as being the next big thing in their ever-evolving pantheon of heroes.

I admit, I was skeptical. Whenever a comic company goes out of their way to push a new hero like this, it tends to be hit or miss. Some, like Kamala Khan, work out wonderfully. Others become so forgettable that they’re relegated to punchlines for an entire era. For the most part, Star came off as just some generic woman trying to take advantage of Carol’s recent hardship. That all changed in Captain Marvel #10.”

After reading this book, I believe Star has the potential to be something special for both Captain Marvel and the larger Marvel universe. I’m not saying that potential could include a future phone call from Kevin Feige at Marvel Studios, but if I were Ms. Thompson, I would start preparing for that conversation.

Captain Marvel (2019-) #10

Whereas the past few issues have been full of questions, setbacks, and failures for Carol, “Captain Marvel #10” offers a fair amount of answers. Thanks to Tony Stark and an old adversary, Dr. Minn-Erva, who fans of the movie should recognize, Carol finds out why her powers have been acting up lately.

It has nothing to do with stress, mental blocks, or one too many grabs from Rogue. Someone infected her with a Kree-engineered virus and Dr. Minn-Erva doesn’t even try to make a mystery of it. She’s not exactly subtle and she gives Carol plenty of reasons to punch her senseless. On top of that, Dr. Minn-Erva is asking for Carol’s help. Let that sink in for a moment.

It’s not the charitable kind of help, either. It has been canon for a while that the Kree really screwed themselves, going all the way back to the “Black Vortex” event in 2015. They’re scattered, broken, and desperate. That gave Dr. Minn-Erva more than enough excuses to start experimenting with Kree and human DNA.

On paper, it seems like a good idea. Carol Danvers is half-Kree and she has proven on plenty of occasions that she can kick ass on an inter-stellar level. That’s exactly what the Kree needs in such desperate times.

As often happens with alien biology experiments in comics, things don’t go as planned.
Captain Marvel (2019-) #10

Without getting too deep into spoilers, I’ll note that Dr. Minn-Erva’s plans go beyond infecting Carol. I’ll also confirm that Star, who is revealed as Ripley Ryan, is a big part of those plans. Now, Ripley is very much a blank slate. Her first appearance was in “Captain Marvel #1” and she was just a sweet, hipster journalist looking to interview Carol.

Now, as Star, she’s a lot more than that. Between her powers and how she got them, her story is indelibly tied to Carol’s, more so than Kamala Khan’s. It’s also because of that connection that she has the potential to be Carol’s greatest ally or worst enemy. She proved in previous issues how capable she can be as an ally. In Captain Marvel #10,” she proves what she can do as an enemy.

Once the answers are laid out and the truth is revealed, the fighting starts. That’s where artist Carmen Carnero gives both Star and Captain Marvel the colorful spectacle that they deserve. It’s not just a clash between a new hero and an experienced veteran, either. There’s drama in this fight that you just can’t get from a typical rampaging monster or superhero brawl.

Captain Marvel (2019-) #10

The events of Captain Marvel #10 put Star at a unique crossroad. She can still become a hero. She can also become a dangerous new rival capable of challenging Captain Marvel, the Avengers, and anyone else who gets in her way. It’s not the least bit clear which path she’ll take, but the final pages hint that she’s willing to cross a few lines to realize her potential.

Thompson has achieved something special with both Star and Captain Marvel, which will likely make this comic a valuable collector’s item. Star isn’t the kind of superhero who got dragged into it by accident or circumstance. She chose to pursue it. She sought the kind of power and abilities that help make Carol Danvers the hero she is.

Star would not be on this path if someone like Captain Marvel hadn’t inspired her. It offers a unique perspective on the influence of superheroes. By doing what she does so well, Captain Marvel might have created her greatest rival. Like it or not, she’s a part of Star’s journey and “Captain Marvel #10” marks a critical stage of that journey.

It’s still hard to say whether Star will become the kind of character who will one day fight alongside Brie Larson in a Captain Marvel movie, but the potential is there. Since the world can never have too many charismatic female heroes, I’m certainly rooting for her.

Remembering September 11, 2001

911-never-forgotten

Today is a solemn, bittersweet day for America. On this day 18 years ago, the September 11th terror attacks shook our world and our spirits. I’m not going to dig into the politics surrounding that day, nor will I entertain the many absurd conspiracy theories that have emerged in wake of it. That wouldn’t be fair to the victims of the attacks and the importance of this day in the collective consciousness off all Americans.

Like so many other major events, everyone remembers where they were on September 11th, 2001. I was in school that day. I was on my way to my algebra class when I heard a couple of teachers talking about a terror attack on New York. At the time, I didn’t know what to make of it. I didn’t even know if it were serious.

I was just a kid. Terror attacks weren’t something that happened in real life. They only happened in movies. Even when they did occur, they were never the kind that demolished major landmarks. That all changed when I saw watched it all unfold on TV. To say it left me shaken would be the understatement of understatements.

There aren’t many days in history that most people can say without question that everything changed that day. September 11, 2001 is definitely one of those days. It marked the end of one era and the start of another. It defined the generations that came before and after it. There are kids alive today who have only ever lived in a post-9/11 world. Whether they know it or not, that fateful day will affect them.

The changes we’ve experienced since that day go beyond terrorism, politics, and war. It’s not unreasonable to say that this fateful day changed the course of history. How we see the world and how we go about surviving it changed a great deal. We’re still feeling the effects of that change today, but on a day like this, it’s also worth remembering how far we’ve come.

As devastating as the September 11th, 2001 attacks were, they brought out the best in a lot of people. You don’t have to look far to find stories of real, unfettered heroism that occurred on that day. Traumatic events have a way of bringing out the worst in some people, but in my experience, the better angels of our nature tend to shine brighter on those moments.

Whether you were alive on that day or not, I encourage you to take a moment to remember the events of September 11th, 2001 and honor those who died. If you can, please consider donating to charities for the victims. There are many harsh lessons we can learn from such a terrible event, but the biggest lesson of all is this.

We survived.

We endured.

We can and will grow stronger in the face of tragedy.

Daily Sexy Musing: Sexy Sweet Talk

2

In case the sheer volume of sexy short stories, erotica/romance novels, and articles on sex robots haven’t been obvious enough, I have a deep appreciation for sexy rhetoric. Don’t get me wrong. I appreciate pictures of bikini models, lingerie, and speedos as much as the next guy, but I’ve always been extra fond of sexy talk.

I’m not just referring to basic dirty talk, either. I love that too, but I’m also quite fond of general sweet talk. I admit it can be cheesy, especially for people who aren’t good with words or struggle conversing with the opposite sex. It can be especially hilarious for teenagers. I once knew a kid in high school who tried to describe his love for his girlfriend with deli meat. I wish I was kidding.

When done right, though, sweet talk can create a uniquely intimate moment. It can really solidify a connection between two people who just met. It can also reaffirm old passions between people who have been married for several decades. It’s often personal. Two people who know each other and love each other will know just what to say and how to say it in order to get their hearts racing. It’s a beautiful thing.

It can take the form of a soft whisper. It can be a cheesy song that you hum in the shower. It’s essentially a loving gesture that’s tailor-made for specific lovers. You don’t always know what form it’ll take. You just know that when it’s done right, it’s incredibly powerful. I’m going to try and capture some of that power with this Daily Sexy Musing. I doubt I’ll capture it all. Enjoy!

A soft whisper.

A catchy song.

A single sentence.

A deep tone.

Like a key to your heart, I unlock that special well of love that exists between us. On their own, every word is just a word. You’ve heard them from others as often as me. We know their meaning. They simply pass us by like a subtle breeze. Through my voice and through my passions, however, they take on a new dimension.

They tap into something deeper.

They evoke unique feelings.

They reveal a special bond.

They open a hidden channel.

When you hear it, I feel you melt in my arms. You become as light and vulnerable as a cloud, barely held together by intimate whims. I hold you and you cling to me. I offer more of those sweet, special words that send you into a frenzy. It’s a wondrous sight to behold.

In this message, I give depth and meaning to our love. It becomes poetry, a work of art that transcends the medium. No longer a feeling that defies description, it becomes something we can comprehend. Just hearing those powerful words in that intimate conjures things that are nothing short of magic. What only seemed possible in fantasy becomes real, simply through words.

Every gesture is so true.

Every word is so raw.

Every sentiment is so sweet and we gladly taste it together.

The Lying God Paradox: An Inherent Flaw Of All-Powerful Deities

michelangelo_creation_of_the_sun_moon_and_plants_01

In general, I believe that arguing with religious people is a waste of time. While I’ve made no secret of my distaste for organized religion, I prefer not to discuss it. As I’ve noted before, I have people in my family who are deeply religious. They are wonderful, loving people and they get genuine fulfillment from their religion.

There was even a time in my youth when I went out of my way to debate religion. At one point, I genuinely believed I could convince people of the absurdities of religious dogma. That was before I learned just how strong these beliefs can be and how far people will go to hold onto them.

I now accept that there’s no argument I can make or fact I can list that would ever convince someone that their religion is wrong. For the most part, people have to change their own minds. The most you can do is get them thinking about their dogma and let them make up their own mind.

For that reason, I still find it helpful to share my thoughts on certain aspects of religion. It’s not always possible to engage in meaningful discussions, but I think it’s worth pursuing. I find that the more you connect with people who don’t necessarily agree with you, the more you humanize them and vice versa.

That being said, I have a feeling that this latest thought is not going to win me many friends from the religious crowd. I know this because I’m about to make a statement about gods, all-powerful deities, and an inherent flaw that comes with incorporating them into any theology. That would encompass the three major Abrahamic faiths, as well as most other monotheistic religions.

This statement is a simple explanation for why there are so many different religions, each of which can have many denominations and sects. It also assumes there is an all-powerful deity with the ability to effect human affairs. While I know that’s a lofty assumption, especially for the non-believing crowd, it still exposes an important flaw in the theology and dogma behind religion. It can be summed up in two simple words.

God lied.

I know that idea may make many believers recoil in disgust, but I urge those people to take a moment to contemplate the implications. We’re not talking about a miracle or some divine act that breaks the laws of physics. This is something that ordinary people do every day without the need for immense power. If simple mortals like us can do it, then why can’t an all-powerful deity?

An all-powerful being can literally do anything. Lying would be one of the easiest, least strenuous ways to effect change, especially among a species like ours that is prone to believing lies. On top of that, when you take a step back and look at how religion has manifested over the centuries, a lying deity makes more sense than any other deity.

It explains why there has never been a single, unified religion.

It explains why there has never been a concept of divinity that every human society shares.

It explains why there are so many different religious texts that vary considerably in terms of theology, morality, and practices.

Simply put, God lied to everyone. Whether by prophecy, revelation, or divine inspiration, it was all a lie. It wouldn’t even have to be an elaborate lie. An all-powerful deity could just present the ideas to a few select people in history and let them do the rest. If the goal of the deity was to create a wide variety of religious dogma, then that’s working smart rather than hard.

The fact that it helps make sense of all the disagreements and discords within religion also creates a paradox, of sorts. Religion, by its nature, is built around belief. Peoples entire understanding of gods, spirits, and the supernatural are contingent on how ardently they believe in a particular theology. However, if that understanding is built on lies, then the entire religion is a product of an inherent untruth.

It’s a distressing thought, the notion that such a powerful being could or would willingly lie. That’s why most believers of any faith usually scoff at the notion. They’ll often claim their deity cannot lie because their deity is all-good on top of being all-powerful. Even if their holy text contains some objectively terrible atrocities that a deity committed or condoned, they’ll still make the claim that their deity is inherently good.

However, that only exchanges one paradox for another. If a deity is all-powerful, then that means the deity can do anything by definition, regardless of whether it’s good or evil. If a deity is all good, then that means it is incapable of doing anything evil. As such, it cannot be all-powerful. A deity that can only do good simply cannot be all-powerful, by default.

A lying deity resolves both paradoxes. The ability to lie, whether it’s for good or for evil, is perfectly within the capabilities of an all-powerful being. Even if that deity is all-good, then perhaps it can still lie, but only for good reasons, which do exist. That deity just can’t be all-powerful.

Even with these paradoxes, I doubt adherents of a particular faith would accept the possibility that their deity ever lied to them, their ancestors, or their fellow believers. They may accept that lesser or evil deities lie to others who don’t share their beliefs. However, those same people could make the same claim about them and there would be no difference, in terms of merit.

Non-believers will often cite the vast diversity of religious beliefs, both today and throughout history. They all can’t be right, but they all can be wrong. That’s perfectly in line with the law of non-contradiction.

That won’t stop believers from arguing passionately that they have the right answer to these profound questions. Even if they don’t have a way of verifying that belief, they’ll still believe in what they see is divine truth. However, the paradox of a lying god further complicates that idea.

Even if there is an all-powerful deity that has interacted in human affairs, how does anyone know whether said deity lied? Being all-powerful, the deity wouldn’t even need a reason. Lying would just be another exercise of that power. In that case, a lying deity is indistinguishable from a non-existent one. Logistically, there’s no way to verify either.

I know making this claim isn’t going to win many arguments with the devoutly religious. I don’t doubt that even suggesting that their god is liar has offended some people. I understand that. At the same time, I think it’s an idea worth scrutinizing. Just contemplating the possibility that a deity has lied adds what I believe is a necessary wrinkle to religious dogma.

Religion is such a powerful force in peoples’ lives. For better or for worse, it guides society, politics, and culture all over the world. People believe what they believe with great passion and piety. Nobody wants to entertain the notion that such a big part of their life is based on a lie. For something this powerful, though, I believe it’s worth thinking about.

Jack Fisher’s Sexy Sunday Thoughts: NFL Kickoff 2019 Edition

nfl-predictions-080719-getty-ftr_f8gep38lgqpx14wgu4f3ll1a9

Are you ready for some football? Get used to that question because we’ll be hearing that question at least once a week for the rest of the year, often in conjunction with Hank Williams’ music. That’s because the 2019 NFL season is finally here! As a lifelong football fan who builds his Sundays around watching football, I couldn’t be happier.

To some, this is that magical time of year in which every team is tied and each has a chance to make the Super Bowl. To others, it’s that time of year where people yell at the TV more than they should and stay up way too late on Monday nights. I know football has its critics and its detractors, but there’s no denying it’s significance here in America, especially this time of year.

I’ve already given my picks as to who I think will hoist the Lombardi Trophy this year. Chances are I’m wrong. The only certainty at the beginning of an NFL season is that nobody knows how it’s going to play out. That’s part of what makes it so thrilling. There are so many crazy things that can happen. Where else can you see a lanky sixth round draft pick go onto become the greatest of all time?

I look forward to another eventful, dramatic season. I’ve already stocked up on beer, nachos, and pizza. To answer Mr. Williams’ iconic question, I am ready for some football and I hope these Sexy Sunday Thoughts get everyone else ready as well. Enjoy!

“Whoever said time flies when you’re having fun probably suffered from premature ejaculation.”

“It is possible to have too much sex, but it’s considerably harder to have too much foreplay.”

“Sunsets are more romantic because they’re less associated with hangovers.”

“For a narcissist, almost every sex act is a form of masturbation.”

“Setting the mood is much easier when you have a lover with a dirty mind.”

“Anyone can make love in good weather, but it takes a special passion to make love in the middle of a storm.”

“Technically, wet dreams were the first instance of free porn.”

The end of summer means many things to many people. As a kid, it always meant going back to school, which I hated. As an adult, however, it has gained a very different meaning and the start of football season is a big part of that. I’m excited about the season and I’m looking forward to some very eventful Sunday afternoons. My only hope is to one day find a beautiful woman that I can share them with.

“Loving Memories” A Sexy Short Story (Featuring Sex Robots)

full

The following is another sexy short story featuring sex robots. After my previous story, “My First Sex Robot,” got such a strong response, I’m curious to see if this one garners a similar reaction. It takes a different approach compared to my previous stories featuring sex robots. Hopefully, it strikes the right chords, including the sexy ones. Please, if you can, take the time to provide feedback. I’d love to hear from you. Enjoy!

Many people claimed to understand true love. Those same people might also claim they understand loss. Karina Stroman had encountered many of those people in the past three, four months, and nine days. That was how long it had been since her husband, Lieutenant Joseph A. Stroman died. Throughout that painful, heart-breaking stretch of time, she became convinced. They didn’t understand in the slightest.

Karina loved her husband. She loved him in ways few could appreciate. He was the only man she’d ever dated. He was the only man she’d ever slept with. He was the only man she wanted to marry. She had every intention of growing old and gray with him, having kids and building a life together. The idea of not being with him never crossed her mind.

Then, it happened.

Her husband, an aspiring pilot in the Air Force who aspired to fly planes, died in a terrible crash. They said it was an accident. They claimed there was nothing anyone could’ve done. That didn’t make it hurt any less. Her heart broke into a billion pieces that day. Nothing had been the same since.

“A part of me died with him,” Karina had told her friends and family. “I don’t think I can be whole without him.”

That was a common refrain in the days, weeks, and months after Joseph’s death. She received plenty of sympathy from others. She received metals, a folded flag, and personal condolences from her husband’s fellow soldiers and officers. She even received a letter of sympathy from the President. Karina appreciated the sentiment, but her heart remained broken.

More recently, the same friends and family who cried with her at Joseph’s funeral were urging her to move on. She was still young and beautiful. More than one man had asked her out since her husband’s death. More than one friend tried to set her up on a date. She refused at every turn.

“I’m not ready. I’m not sure I’ll ever be ready,” she often told them.

It had gotten to a point where she started to frustrate others. Even Joseph’s parents urged her to move forward with her life. Nobody wanted to see her alone and heartbroken until her dying days. A part of her didn’t want that, either. Another part of her loved Joseph too much to ever truly move on. It seemed like there was no way to escape her sorrow.

That all changed approximately five minutes ago when she received a large crate from a private military courier. She accepted it, not knowing what it was or who sent it. After reeling it into the living room of her modest suburban townhouse, she opened it to see a figure that made her heart skip a beat.

“Good evening, Karina Stroman. It’s great to finally meet you.”

She’d stumbled back and gasped, covering her mouth in disbelief. She was still in a state of shock. What she was looking at shouldn’t have been possible. She blinked several times, trying to wake up from what had to be a dream.

However, this was real. Within the large create, standing before her with perfect poise, was a figure that perfectly resembled Joseph Stroman. It looked like him, sounded like him, and even smiled like him. Everything from his slim muscular build to the small mole on the side of his neck was there. He wasn’t wearing much, either. He wore nothing but a pair of white boxers, not unlike the kind Joseph wore to bed.

That was impossible. It didn’t make sense until it – her he, if her eyes were working properly – explained everything.

“Forgive me,” he said as he stepped out of the crate, “I should probably clarify what you’re seeing.”

“That…would be helpful,” Karina said, still leaning against her couch for support.

“Firstly, I am not your late husband, Lieutenant Joseph Stroman. I simply look like him. I sincerely apologize for any distress my appearance has caused you. But there is a reason for my appearance and it’s a good one.”

“It damn well better be,” she said strongly.

“I may not be him, but I was built and configured to mirror him in every possible way.”

“Built and configured?” Karina questioned.

“Yes. For you see, I am a robot. Specifically, I am an android with a humanoid stature, mechanical inner workings, and synthetic flesh. My systems are calibrated to operate in a manner consistent with an ordinary human. While my form is entirely synthetic, my exterior was molded with the intent to be indistinguishable from that of humans…specifically, that of Joseph Stroman. If you want, you can touch me and see for yourself.”

Karina was still in shock. She needed a few extra moments to process seeing something/someone who looked exactly like her late husband. She needed even more to process the idea that she was looking at a robot.

To her knowledge, robots – or androids, if that made a difference – were pretty advanced, but not like this. She’d seen a few stories about some company creating a life-like, human-looking robot. She knew they existed and some where incredibly realistic. However, seeing it on TV or the internet was not the same as seeing one up close.

Eventually, she gathered herself enough to stand under her own power and reach over to touch the figures arm. To her continued amazement, it felt real. The skin, the hair, and the sweat all felt real. Even the unique texture of his flesh perfectly matched her memories of Joseph.

“Wow,” she said. “It feels so…human.”

“As I previously stated, that was the intention,” the figure replied with a smile that also matched Joseph’s.

“Whose intentions?” Karina asked while still marveling at the feel of his skin.

“I’m afraid I cannot divulge every detail of my creation. I can only state that my presence came at the direct order of a new military-sponsored support program. Under this program, the military has partnered with several advanced robotics companies and artificial intelligence researchers. The primary goal revolves around the creation, refinement, and development of human-like androids. While much of its progress is classified, I can confirm that the program achieved sufficient advances to pursue one of its many secondary goals.”

“And that includes…” she said distantly, trying to connect the dots.

“Providing special compensation the widowed spouses of fallen soldiers,” he said.

Karina stopped obsessing over how real his skin felt and gazed up into the figure’s eyes. The shock had worn off. Other feelings emerged as more realizations sank in.

She took a step closer to him. She reached out and caressed his face, which felt exactly like Joseph’s after he shaved. Every one of her senses told her the same thing. The figure before her looked, felt, and even smelled like Joseph. At the same time, she kept reminding herself that Joseph was dead. It left her conflicted, but deeply curious.

“What happened to your husband was a tragedy,” the figure told her, a distinct hint of emotion in his voice. “Lieutenant Joseph Stroman was a good, honorable man. He also loved you very much.”

“How can you know that?” Karina asked.

“Because I’ve had every byte of public and private data from his life uploaded into my brain,” he said. “The pictures he shared with loved ones…the videos you made together…the memories he recounted in his journals…his love for you was vast. Even though I’m configured to specialize in human emotional responses, even my systems cannot process the extent of your love. It is…powerful.”

Karina cracked a smile. It was one of the few smiles she’d freely expressed since her husband’s death. There was something comforting about hearing how deep Joseph’s love went for her. If even an advanced robot couldn’t process it, then it must have been special.

“Despite those limitations, I was sent to you as a possible means of compensation,” he continued. “While the United States military can never give you your husband back, it can make a concerted effort to provide intimate solace.”

“Well, this is a lot more concerted than I expected,” Karina said. “And here I was thinking they’d stop with a letter, a flag, and handful of meager benefits.”

“For what you lost, such compensation is insufficient. That’s why the program spent considerable resources to configure my physical and cognitive specifications to perfectly match that of Joseph Stroman. It also gave me a stated purpose.”

As she softly caressed his face, the figure that perfectly resembled her dead husband embraced her with his powerful arms. In an instant, the loving warmth that Karina thought she’d never feel again surrounded her. It further blurred the lines between artificial and human.

Her husband was still dead. Being embraced by a robot that looked just like him wasn’t exactly the same, but it felt pretty damn close. It was so close that it triggered within her other feelings she didn’t think she’d experience.

“Every one of my systems – from my synthetic flesh to my bodily operations to my artificial sentience – it’s all configured to convey love, comfort, and affection to the one Joseph Stroman loved most.”

“Configured?” Karina questioned, part of her still struggling to accept it.

“Call it what you will. I assure you these are not pre-programmed responses,” he said to her. “I think. I feel. I experience emotions…albeit not in the same manner as humans. The end results are still the same.”

“So you can actually experience love,” she said.

“Yes. I can.”

That seemed impossible. Then again, her standard for the impossible had changed considerably in the past half-hour.

Within the grasp of this figure – an artificial being, crafted to look, sound, and feel like her dead lover – Karina dared to experience emotions that she once took for granted. She pawed the figure’s chest. She trailed her fingers over the contours of his muscles. It all felt so real, right down to the gentle heat radiating from his body.

At the same time, she felt him explore her body with his hands. He did so with the same care and affection as Joseph. He demonstrated a keen knowledge of her intimate warmth, touching and caressing her just as her husband had done in their many romantic moments. It was jarring, but it also made a point.

When she felt his gestures, she experienced the same loving comfort that she had with Joseph. When she looked into his eyes, she didn’t just see a robot mimicking emotion. She saw a thinking, sentient being experiencing those emotions. It seemed like such a profound feat, but did it really matter whether emotions came from a human or robot brain?

Karina kept telling herself that the man/android embracing her wasn’t Joseph. At the same time, she couldn’t deny the feelings he evoked in her.

“Please note – and I am required to tell you this – you need not accept this,” he told her. “If my presence is too distressing or if, for whatever reason, you choose not to participate in this program, please say so.”

“But what’ll happen to you?” Karina asked.

“Nothing unpleasant, I assure you,” he said with a light smile. “I will simply signal my creators, return to my create, deactivate my systems, and await my retrieval. You need not worry. I won’t be offended. I won’t feel any discomfort, either.”

“But you’ll be destroyed,” she said.

“Not necessarily. I’ll likely be reformatted and reconfigured for another participant. I won’t even recall this discussion. But, as I stand before you this instant, I do not prefer that recourse. I would rather stay here with you in the form of Joseph Stroman. However, it is ultimately your choice, Karina. Whatever you choose, I will honor.”

It almost felt like a life-or-death decision, but the robotic figure did not appear concerned. He just kept smiling at her. He even showed some of that subtle charm that Joseph often displayed whenever he already knew what decision she was leaning towards.

That didn’t make the decision any less difficult. This thing – this robot built around the body, mind, and passions of her late husband – had just asked her to decide his fate. Even if he wasn’t technically alive, the course of his life was in her hands. As she contemplated that choice, she once again reached up and caressed his face.

“Joseph…” Karina found herself saying.

His smile widened, as though that name meant as much to him as it did to her. He also deepened his embrace, holding her closely and parting her hair behind her ear, as Joseph often did when he wanted to see the full extent of her beauty. In that moment, her broken heart skipped a beat. Painful memories of the man she lost boiled to the surface. When all those feelings converged, her choice became clear.

“I don’t want you to leave,” Karina said.

“I’m sorry. I need direct confirmation. Do you want me to stay?”

“Yes. Please stay…Joseph.”

Hearing her call him that must have triggered something because his demeanor became much less robotic. He seemed so human at that point that the difference was negligible. By almost every meaningful measure, she was standing in her husband’s arms.

“Please…kiss me,” she told him, as if to double down on her decision.

“As you wish…Karina.”

His voice gained a more emotional undertone, which counted as another sign that she wasn’t just interacting with a robot. When their lips touched and they shared a kiss, it became even clearer. Karina was sharing something deeper with this being…this man who carried in him her husband’s spirit.

His lips felt just like the man she remembered. Even his tongue felt as real as any other man. How that system worked was far beyond her expertise, but she didn’t care. As far as Karina was concerned, she was kissing Joseph again.

It was like reliving a memory in perfect detail. As soon as their lips touched, he kissed her with the same passion Joseph had on their wedding day. It was as though he’d studied every kiss they ever shared. Given his robotic hardware, that probably wasn’t too far from the truth.

“My God…it’s just like I remembered,” Karina said, already on the brink of tears.

“That feeling…exceeds the parameter’s programming,” the android said.

Just like that, she remembered he was still part robot. However, she found it more funny than jarring.

“You might want to re-think your choice of words moving forward,” she said with a humored chuckle.

“Understood,” he replied, mirroring her humored tone. “There are quite a few experiences to explore.”

“I’m sure there are. I have a lot of questions.”

“Well, I assume one in particular will come up eventually. So I might as well address it.”

He broke their embrace and took a step back. Karina, now as curious as she was impassioned, watched as he removed his boxers, the only article of clothing he had on. In doing so, he revealed that his hardware included more than just her lover’s charismatic smile.

“Oh my!” she gasped in mix of astonishment and intrigue. “Whoever molded you after my husband was very thorough.”

“Their stated goal was to copy every feature. That includes Joseph’s penis,” he said, laughing curtly at her reaction. “And yes, by the way. It works.”

“By that, you mean…” Karina said, probing for specifics.

“It does get hard. I can have sex with it. I even experience pleasure from it…if you define tactile date mimicking the male orgasm pleasure.”

“I won’t bother with technicalities. If it works, I’ll just have to take your word for it.”

“Hopefully, I’ll have a chance to convince you. While my creators stressed accuracy in terms of appearance and mannerisms, they also included a few supplemental features.”

Before Karina could ask for more details, he showed her in a way that once again affirmed his robotic status. While simply standing before her, neither touching her nor himself, his penis swelled and became fully erect.

It happened so fast and efficiently. Karina was a registered nurse. She knew male biology better than most. Even a healthy man with a healthy penis didn’t get aroused that quickly with no stimulation. For all she knew, his creators expected one of his primary functions to involve having sex with a lonely woman. Having not experienced any sexual intimacy in over three years, she couldn’t deny the appeal of such a function.

“Wow,” she said in amazement. “That’s just…wow.”

“You can touch it, if you wish,” he offered.

He approached the same way he had with embracing and kissing her, giving her every opportunity to take things slow. To this point, Karina appreciated that. It was a lot to take in. The military had sent her a perfect, flesh-covered robot of her dead husband to help compensate her for her loss. The concept alone carried so many overwhelming implications.

This time, however, she chose not to take things slow. After over three years of loneliness, heartache, and sorrow, Karina needed something more than that. In that fateful moment, she stopped trying to wrap her head around it all and embraced the experience.

“Actually…I’d like to do more than just touch it,” she told him.

This time, it was her turn to surprise him…although that assumed androids could be surprised.

While standing before him, she took off her clothes. She’d only been wearing a T-shirt, a dirty pair of sweatpants, and white panties with no bra. If she’d known she would get a visit from an intelligent android that looked like her dead husband, she would’ve put on something sexier. That didn’t stop him from appreciating the sight of her nude form.

“You’re beautiful, Karina,” he told her.

“I’d say that’s your programming talking,” Karina replied, “but that’s exactly what Joseph told me when saw me get naked in front of him…even in non-sexy situations.”

“And what of this particular situation? I may be an android, but I’m not optimized to surmise how sexual it may be.”

“Then, allow me to clear that up.”

Upon kicking her pants across the room, Karina re-entered his embrace and kissed him again. This time, she made sure her naked skin pressed up against his synthetic flesh. It both got her point across and evoked the desired response.

As they kissed, she further explored his masculine stature, pawing his flesh with the same sensual care she’d used with Joseph. He did the same, feeling up her feminine curves and grazing his fingers over her naked skin. He even put Joseph’s memories to good use, squeezing her butt and fondling her breasts in just the right ways. Her husband knew her body so well. He understood where and how to touch her in order to spark a deeper desire.

“Clear enough?” Karina whispered in between kisses.

“Yes…clear indeed,” he replied.

The kissing resumed. The touching intensified. This being – who she saw as a man as much as she saw a robot – wasn’t just consoling her after years of loneliness and celibacy. He was turning her on. She wanted this robot built around her late husband’s image. Between his affectionate gestures and erect penis, it was clear he wanted her too.

“Joseph,” she said, already short of breath, “I want you to make love to me.”

“I want that too. Man, machine, robot, or android…I want it so much.”

Those words had profound implications. The idea that a robot, even one built in the image of her loving husband, wanted to make love to her carried a great deal of weight. How much of that desire was programming? How much of it was real, genuine emotion?

Karina couldn’t hope to answer those questions. Men, robots, and memories aside, she was going to make love to Joseph. Whether he was man or robot was only a technicality.

“Come,” Karina said, latching onto his arm. “Let’s take this to our bedroom.”

“Our bedroom…yes.”

The fact that she referred to it as their bedroom was telling. It spoke to just how much she’d embraced the idea of having this robot embody the spirit of her husband.

With an energy she hadn’t shown in a long time, she led the masculine figure up the stairs, down the hall, and into the master bedroom. It was the same room she’d once shared with Joseph. The pictures, blankets, and décor were the same as they were the last time she made love to her husband. She swore he recognized it, even as he carried her to the king-sized bed, just as he did on their honeymoon.

“Relax, my darling. I’m going to get you nice and wet,” he told her as he laid her down in the center of the bed.

“You know, those are the exact words Joseph used on our wedding night,” Karina told him. “Same tone too. Just how detailed do your memories go?”

“They’re as detailed as they need to be. Perhaps this will help demonstrate that.”

Like the same considerate lover she remembered and mourned, he kissed her again and caressed her womanly figure with the utmost affection. Her heart raced. A powerful heat formed between her thighs. As she lay flat on her back, he steadily trailed his lips down her face, neck, breasts and torso.

It was the same path Joseph often followed, right down the part where he gave her right nipple an extra lick. As her state of arousal intensified, he lightly grasped her thighs and pushed her legs apart. Bit by bit, he worked his way down her abdomen until he reached the outer folds of her womanhood.

“Ooh, my God!” Karina gasped.

From there, he began giving her oral sex. His lips made contact with the tender folds of her outer genitalia. His tongue entered her folds, probing her hot depths. A sharp burst of sexual sensations followed. It was so intense she trembled, gasping and moaning in ways she hadn’t experienced since her wedding night.

“Are you okay, my love?” he asked her.

“I’m fine!” she assured him. “Please, don’t stop! It’s just…it’s been a while.”

That was just a polite way of saying she hadn’t had any kind of sex since her husband died. She still got horny. She still had desires. She just couldn’t bring herself to pursue intimacy after his death. The idea of any sharing such intimacy with any other man just didn’t sit well.

The current intimacy wasn’t just from any man, though. She was getting it from a robot with the body, memory, and passions of her lost love. Judging by how thorough he was with eating a woman out, he’d also been programmed with extensive knowledge of female anatomy.

“Yes! Ooh yes! It’s so good! That feels so…so good!” Karina gasped, writhing under the weight of the pleasure.

“Karina…you taste so good,” he replied, his voice muffled by her inner thighs.

“You…can taste too?”

“Yes,” he said, “and it’s delicious!”

Like a perfect blend of an impassioned man and a skilled robot, he licked, fingered, and fondled her womanhood to an extent that felt like uncharted territory for oral sex. It left her so aroused and impassioned that the unusual circumstances of this intimate moment stopped mattering.

She’d asked Joseph to make love to her. Whether dead or alive through a robot, the feeling was within her grasp.

“Joseph…my one and only love,” she said in her amorous daze. “Please…take me.”

He heeded her words with an urgency befitting of a dedicated lover. Having pleased her to the point of maximum arousal, he worked his way back up her naked body and positioned himself on top of her.

It was a moment straight out of her fondest memories. She and Joseph had been in the exact same position the first time they made love. It had been in her old bedroom. They’d made out, undressed one another, and laid in the center of the bed with him on top of her. In a perfect blend of instinct and passion, she hooked her legs around his waist while he aligned his still-erect manhood with her waiting entrance.

That memory set the tone for the many intimate moments they shared throughout their lives. She thought those moments would only be memories after Joseph died. Now, here he was in a new form, ready to turn memories into passion.

“Karina…” he said with the same loving tone as Joseph.

“Joseph…” Karina replied, caressing his face, just as she had in that fateful memory.

In a powerful act of shared intimacy, he entered her. Hard masculine flesh penetrated moist feminine depths. She let out a deep gasp while he remained intensely focused, caressing her hips and kissing down her neck.

Bodies started moving.

Pleasure started flowing.

In that moment, the line between past memories and present experiences disappeared.

“We’re really doing it. We’re making love!”

Saying it out loud brought tears to her eyes, but for the first time in over three years, they weren’t tears of sorrow. Joy…wonderous, blissful joy filled her body and soul. As Karina closed her eyes and raked her hands down her lover’s back, the joy of making love to her husband consumed her.

It played out better than any fond memory. In addition to a keen knowledge of giving women oral sex, he also knew how she and Joseph approached sex. They started off simple, going at it in a standard missionary position. He was slow and careful, working his body along hers and establishing a steady pace.

Then, the pace intensified.

They started kissing, teasing, and caressing one another. They rolled around on the bed, laughing and moaning in accord with the pleasure. One moment, he was top with her legs hitched over his shoulder. The next, she was on top, riding his dick while he fondled her breasts. In another, she was on her side while he spooned her from behind, reaching around to fondle her clitoris as their bodies moved together.

They were never in a rush. They were never too rough or fervent. She and Joseph had always enjoyed drawing out their sex, enjoying the intimacy and celebrating the act of expressing their love. This man – robot, android, or whatever he might have been – shared that same fondness. He never once lost focus. Like Joseph, he directed every bit of passionate energy onto her. By the time he got her to the brink of orgasm, it was almost a formality.

“Joseph…my love,” Karina said in a passionate daze. “I’m close…really close.”

“I am too, Karina,” he whispered to her. “This feeling…I want to share it too.”

It wasn’t lost on her that this was technically his first time. He might have had Joseph’s memories and knowledge, but having that data wasn’t the same as turning it into a physical act. She didn’t know how different his synthetic penis was to that of an ordinary man, but if it was as effective as her late husband’s, it would do plenty to complete the feeling.

When it arrived, it hit her body like a bolt of lightning. The escalating sensations reached a crescendo. A powerful, intense release of pleasure followed. It flowed through her body like a wave washing over a desolate landscape. As she took it all in, she cried out the name of the man she loved once more.

“Ohhh Joseph!”

As she shuddered under the weight of the orgasmic onslaught, he let out a deep grunt that perfectly mirrored that masculine strength her husband so perfectly embodied. She took his hand and hers, entwining their fingers, as she soaked in her climax while he got hers. Near as she could tell, he felt it too. She could even sense his manhood throbbing inside her inner folds. There was no fluid, as far as she could tell, but the ecstasy was very real.

Together, they gasped and panted in a culmination of passion. At one point, their bodies parted and they lay curled up together, facing one another within a naked embrace. She didn’t say a word and neither did he. She could see the love in his eyes…a love that she thought had died with him, but here it was looking right at her again. It might have been possible to mimic some acts of intimacy, but no amount of programming could mirror true, genuine love.

“I love you, Karina,” he said to her.

“I love you too, Joseph,” Karina said without hesitation. “I miss you so much. I know you’re gone. Yet here you are…with me…together.”

“Together,” he said before kissing her again.

Over three years ago, a wonderful man named Joseph Stroman died. He left behind a wife who loved him with all her heart. She loved him so much that she worried that her broken heart would never heal. Dead or alive…man or robot…Karina felt it in that moment. Her husband, Joseph, might have died, but in this figure before her, their love endured.
