The following is a YouTube video for my YouTube channel, Jack’s World. It’s a somewhat lengthy video essay on one of my favorite action movies of all time, “Demolition Man.” I’ve written about this movie before. It’s one of those rare movies that has only gotten better with age and only gets better, the more you delve into it. This video highlights a few key themes that should help you appreciate the movie even more. Enjoy!

Jack’s World: How “Wonder Woman” Celebrates Love And Humanity
The following is a video from my YouTube channel, Jack’s World. It’s a video essay/celebration of the first “Wonder Woman” movie, a film that will always be near and dear to my heart. I know I recently did a review of “Wonder Woman 1984” and I was tempted to do a video about that, but I wanted to first pay tribute to the movie that started Diana’s wondrous journey into film. Enjoy!

Jack’s World: X-Men Supreme Reflections: Rogue Excerpt (Featuring DC-MarvelGirl 1997)
The following is a video from my YouTube channel, Jack’s World. Once again, my good friend and fellow YouTuber, DC-MarvelGirl 1997, has kindly offered to read an excerpt from my X-Men Supreme fan fiction series. This time, she’s bringing life to Rogue, specifically her entry into X-Men Volume 1: Supreme Reflections.
I can’t thank her enough for doing this and bringing life to an old piece I wrote. I genuinely think she nailed Rogue’s sweet southern accent. Enjoy!

Jack’s World: How “Megamind” Gave Us The Ultimate Incel Villain
The following is a vide for my YouTube channel, Jack’s World. It once again explores “Megamind,” a movie I’ve highlighted in the past for it’s colorful subversion of the superhero genre. It felt like the time was right to discuss it on my channel. This time, I explore how “Megamind” gave us the first true Incel villain before the concept of an “incel” was a thing.
Like anything involving incels, it’s a distressing topic and bound to generate some less-than-comfortable feelings. I still welcome comments and discussion. Enjoy!
