In the colorful world of the Hellaverse, there are all sorts of devious characters. In both Heaven and Hell, the lines between good and evil are constantly obscured. But one character manages to stand out in his own unique way.
Having recently discovered Hazbin Hotel, I freely admit that Alastor is my favorite character. And a big reason for that is because of how he perfects the art, style, and persona of being evil.

But in both the real world and the world of fiction, few have achieved more than Wilson Fisk, aka the Kingpin. He’s not just another crime boss. He embodies every criminal trait to the utmost. His journey varies across the Marvel multiverse, but it always comes down to one constant.
The Kingpin understands power.
The Kingpin controls power.
And if you in any way undermine that power, then you’re a target.

Maul: Shadow Lord wildly exceeded my expectations. And at a time when the discourse surrounding Star Wars is still plenty toxic, that’s an accomplishment. But what made this show great wasn’t just the continuation of Maul’s story. It was from its most memorable breakout star, Devon Izara. And I believe she has a bright future ahead of her.

Space Jam 2: A New Legacy tried to follow up with Lebron James. But what it delivered was…not nearly as fun. In fact, it completely missed the point of what the first did so well.

Resident Evil has been the most popular survival horror game for decades. But when it comes to movies, the seven films we’ve gotten thus far have been lacking to say the least. That’s to be expected somewhat. Most of these movies were products of their time. They came out before movie studios cracked the code of quality video game adaptations.
But the flaws in the Resident Evil movies are a lot more noteworthy than most. In this video, I highlight the extent of these flaws. Enjoy!

Star Wars is an epic cinematic experience that has defined multiple generations. While its past is certainly worth celebrating, it’s future remains uncertain.
With the end of the sequel trilogy, Disney and Lucasfilms are at a crossroads. Where does this saga go from here? What does Star Wars look like in a future without Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Princess Leia?
I certainly have some thoughts about the current state of Star Wars and where it could go. I break that down in this video while also sharing some ideas on where I think Star Wars should go. Enjoy!

Spider-Man: The Animated Series is one of the most beloved Marvel shows ever made. But when it ended in 1998, it gave fans a finale that felt incomplete and rushed.
Finally, after over two decades, Marvel decided to expand on that ending with Spider-Man 94. It was something fans had been waiting for. But the end result was…not spectacular.

Over the years, there have been many versions of Spider-Man in many mediums. They all have merit. Some are more endearing than others. But if you grew up in the 90s, one version stood out more than any other.
And to date, I believe that the Spider-Man Animated Series that ran from 1994 to 1998 gave us the greatest version of Spider-Man of all time. I explain why in this video. Enjoy!

In superhero comics, some relationships are iconic and endearing. Others are doomed to fail. Some end up failing spectacularly.
And in X-Men comics, the failures tend to be messy, dramatic, and spectacular. This has led to all sorts of shipping wars and debates among the fandom. But in the long, messy history of romance and X-Men, few relationships were as impactful or complicated as Cyclops and Emma Frost.
It’s a romance that had its moments, but the circumstances made it controversial. In this video, I explore those circumstances and break down why, despite the chemistry and sex appeal, it was always doomed to fail. Enjoy!
